FREE Training Webinars for Home Based Travel Agents

HomeBased-TravelAgent.com is bringing its educational and training sessions to Home Based Travel Agents desktops this fall with FREE webinars through the Agent Advancement Center (AAC) at www.agentnet.com

Home based travel Agents will be able to participate in training events remotely with the use of their computer and telephone to listen, view and discuss topics in a real-time environment.

Courses will include: Engagement 101-Getting Started (Sept. 4), a one-hour session for members who are not enrolled in the Engagement marketing program, which will focus on the benefits of Engagement, how it works, and how to register;

Introduction to AgentNet (Sept. 5 and 19), a one-hour session that will provide a basic overview and navigation through AgentNet, targeted toward new Vacation.com members, as well as those looking to refresh their knowledge;

Engagement 201-Selecting Promotions and List Management (Sept. 6), a step-by-step session designed for agents who are enrolled in Engagement and want to learn how to utilize all of its components, including the ordering process, managing client lists and sharing marketing tips.

Other sessions focus on Amadeus Cruise (Sept. 12 and 26), which will teach participants how to use the Amadeus Cruise booking tool; Concierge Host Training for Vacation Vignettes (Sept. 12 and Nov. 14), which teaches how to become a Concierge Host for 2008 Vacation Vignette departures;

VacationPORT (Sept. 20 and Oct. 18), in which agents will learn how to use preferred supplier sales and create a professional HTML email to send out directly to clients, as well as track the emails that have been read.

Courses are repeated throughout each month, and schedules are updated weekly All courses are complimentary to HomeBased-Travelagents.com member agents. Due to limited space availability for each webinar, agents are urged to register in advance.
