What a Trip Agents

If you have limited time and can't take vacation from your regular jobs, this is a great opportunity for a short getaway weekend to see the Carnival ships at Port Canaveral...the Carnival Glory which is our newest class of ship as well as the Carnival Sensation with some of the Evolutions of Fun features. See below for more details.

This fam is open to agents only as hotel space is very limited and the primary purpose is to inspect the ships and gain knowledge through product & selling seminars to help you build your Carnival business. Hotel rooms are on a double share basis so you are welcome to travel with another agent. No activities are scheduled for Friday so you can arrive at your choice. Return flights on Sunday should be after 5 pm.

Carnival Cruise Lines is pleased to extend to you an invitation to learn what the “Fun Ship” experience is all about. You will have the opportunity to tour the ms CARNIVAL GLORY and ms CARNIVAL SENSATION , experience the cuisine and participate in our selling skills seminar.

We guarantee you will return to your home with an enthusiasm about our product that will result in more Carnival sales for you. Your weekend includes transfers, two nights hotel accommodation (based on double occupancy), two shipboard luncheons, one breakfast and one dinner.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Cost - $75 Per Agent• Hotel - Renaissance Orlando Resort at Sea World
• This event is capacity controlled and may close prior to scheduled deadline.
• New Homeland Security regulations require your birth date for boarding privileges.
• Attendees must be 21 years of age.
• To fulfill Carnival’s regulatory requirements and facilitate the event’s embarkation process, each visitor to the ship is now required to submit a government issued photo ID upon arrival, which will be returned upon debarkation.
• Please secure your own air to arrive in Orlando Friday evening and arrange your return flight no earlier than 5:15pm on Sunday.
• This date is subject to change or cancellation, at Carnival’s sole discretion.
• All air expenses and transportation to the hotel are the sole responsibility of the participant.
• Carnival will not be responsible for such expenses or penalties for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation or rescheduling of the FAM trip.
• Due to limited space, only two travel agents per agency allowed. You will receive a written confirmation once payment has been received.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made the week of the FAM.
• Please note we are unable to accept any RSVP's after RSVP date.
