Tech Savvy Packing.

By Vicki Freed of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line

Lately I’ve been learning more and more ways to use my iPhone—my kids were even impressed I learned how to create and name a group text for our family! Well, I’ve also been discovering some handy apps.

Everyone’s seen that family that arrives to the pier surrounded by mountains of excessive luggage. Or perhaps you’ve felt the dread of realizing you forgot to pack sunscreen just as you’re getting ready for a sea day by the pool.

Whatever the case, I recently started using an app that could really be useful to your clients as well. It’s called Packing Pro for iOS, and it’s full of handy features to make sure your clients pack everything they need for a perfect vacation—nothing more and nothing less.

The app features sample lists for a variety of vacation types and lengths to get you started, plus categories, reminders, sorting by people in your group and tons of other elements that make it far more useful than the typical checklist.

For Android users, an app called PackPoint offers similar functionality and some exclusive features of its own. Either way, it’s the perfect way to give your packing process a tech savvy update.

This is a great Tip to pass on to all your clients. Also it's a great article that you can share on your Facebook page. I bet, lots of your friends will probably pass it on to their friends. Make sure you add Your name and website address at bottom of article. This way a lot more people will learn about you and your travel business.

Always share good travel articles and tips with your friends on Facebook.  But always make shore your name and website URL are always at the bottom of the article.

Want more tips to pass on to your Facebook friends, just Google "Travel Tips" and see what pops up. Collect 52 tips and post one tip per week.  Or collect 365 tips and post one per day. Sooner or later people will see you as a travel expert and seek you out when they want to book a trip. You can also do the same thing using what to see and do at various destinations.
