As you guide your clients to a better vacation,
remember to showcase the value they’re getting instead of emphasizing price.
Playing the price game is a race to the bottom of the barrel, but value is more
emotional and intangible. It’s the sum of the experiences, the destinations and
the one-of-a-kind things that add up to priceless memories.
Value is what makes
you say, “that was totally worth it,” but it has no dollar sign attached.
As
Warren Buffett put it, “Price is what you pay, value is what you get.” Compete
on price and your clients will just book with whoever offers the lowest rates at
the time.
Embrace the power of value and you can be sure they’ll come back to
you.
