The smallest gestures can go far to transform an indifferent client into a loyal one. In a
world where everything is digital, tangible methods help you stand out from the
pack.

Instead of a thank you email, try sending a handwritten note. Instead of a
generic gift card, send fresh baked cookies or flowers. Of course, it’s
impossible to do this for every single client, so do what you can.

Even something as easy as remembering their special milestones, birthdays and
anniversaries will show them you care about them beyond just their travel plans.
It’s these simple, but thoughtful measures that make a big difference in earning
