Beginning September 5, 2006, we're simplifying our product line by offering only the Freestyle and Freestyle Luxe plans.

These newly enhanced versions of Freestyle and Freestyle Luxe address what we've heard with overwhelming frequency from partners and customers:

For all those reasons, Freestyle, our core product, is by far our most popular plan for the value-driven consumer. Your clients will still have the opportunity to purchase a pre-existing condition waiver. This is available anytime from initial deposit all the way to final payment with our upgrade plan - Freestyle Luxe.

CSA's Comfort and Luxe plans will continue to be available for policies purchased through September 4, 2006. Beginning September 5, 2006, all new policies purchased will be based on the newly enhanced Freestyle Plan with its customized pricing. Your clients will be charged the lower or higher price, based on their specific trip parameters.

An updated, new-look Freestyle consumer brochure will be available at the end of August. You will be notified via e-mail when a new brochure is available and any orders will be fulfilled with this new collateral.

This correspondence is accompanied by Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the newly enhanced versions of Freestyle and Freestyle Luxe. Shortly, via regular mail, you should also receive hard copy versions of an announcement letter and these same FAQs. Please share this information with your staff and outside agents.
