Carnival e-Docs
You will be pleased to know that we have refined the steps for e-Docs so that you and your clients now have any easy way to select printing options for Luggage Tags, Boarding Pass and General Information after they click on “View Cruise Documents” Please note that already completed and printed e-Docs will still be valid. An interactive tutorial is a featured at GoCCL.com/Training/Video Library. While many of your clients may need or prefer your help with Fun Pass/printed e-Docs, most agents are giving their clients the opportunity to fill out and print any necessary information. I think you are going to love it! Attached is a suggested instruction letter to guide your clients in completing their FunPass and reviewing documents…feel free to personalize this.
