1. DID YOU KNOW?

You earn free nights to travel to our resorts when you sell a Sandals or a Beaches booking with our “Sell & Go Program”. As long as you pre-register the booking that you’ve sold in the travel agent area of the Sandals website, you and your companion can travel free! Whether you have booked with Sandals directly, booked through VAX or you have booked through your favorite tour operator, you must tell us what you’ve sold, so we can credit the booking. It’s simple to register the booking…. Here’s how you do it!

1). Go to the travel agent area of the Sandals website at www.sandals.com/tas

2). Enter your user name and password (if you don’t have one, just click the “create a login link” to set it up). Note: Prior to requesting a login, you will have to Fax in a CSS enrollment form. You can find this form on the travel agent portal under the “Commonly Used Forms” link. If you sell travel through a Host Agency, you will not need to submit this form.

3). Once you are in the travel agent portal, click the link in the box on the left side that says “Pre-Register your Booking”.

4). Add your clients booking information.

2. DID YOU KNOW?

We offer travel agents complimentary Day Passes to our resorts. We would like you to come to visit any of our resorts, so if you are traveling on a cruise or if you are staying at another hotel on an island that we have a resort, just download a “Day Pass Request Form” and fax it to us. You can find this form under the “Commonly Used Forms” link also in the travel agent area of the Sandals website.

3. DID YOU KNOW?

That we offer pre-designed Web Banners, Ad Slicks and Caribbean Night Invitations for you to use.

All of these are offered on the “Marketing Concierge” area of the travel agent portal. They are all ready and you just add you agency’s information!

4. DID YOU KNOW?

That for each booking you sell, you will earn Marketing Money, which can be used to grow your business! This is in addition to your commission. (Agents that have a Host Agency cannot earn these funds, as it goes to the Host Agency). Information on how to earn Marketing Funds can be found on the travel agent portal.

5. DID YOU KNOW?

That you can send your clients an e-Newsletters or an e-Brochures directly from the travel agent area of the Sandals website. These very valuable e-marketing tools can save your business time and the money for postage.

6. DID YOU KNOW?
Attending the Sandals Workshop is the first step towards becoming a “Certified Sandals Specialist”! This is a very impressive credential! After you attend the workshop, all you need to do is sell one Sandals or Beaches booking and register that booking on the travel agent portal to become active. Once you have been activated as a Certified Sandals Specialist, you can add the Certified Sandals Specialist Logo to your website, your business cards and all other promotional material that you send out.

7. DID YOU KNOW?

You can order brochures online from the travel agent portal. There is no cost for our brochures. We encourage you to promote Sandals, the Caribbean’s #1 Honeymoon Destination at your next bridal Show!

8. DID YOU KNOW?

Our Fam Trip schedule is now listed on the travel agent portal. For the schedule of Fam Trips in your area, go to the travel agent portal and click “Attend an Event” on the top right corner, then click “Fam Trip”. It will prompt you to enter your state. RSVP’s for all events must be done online.

9. DID YOU KNOW?

Sandals Resorts has introduced the Sandals News Network. This new feature can be downloaded on to your computer. Once installed, you will be able to quickly access the travel agent portal from your desktop icon.
