Previously, Travel Impressions had paid commission only on the land portion of these vacations. The 5% commission also applies to group bookings on those flights.
Travel Impressions has branded these charter flights as Dedicated Vacation Flights, and they operate out of 21 cities, according to Tim Mullen, president of Travel Impressions.
The cities are Austin, Texas; Baltimore; Boston; Chicago; Cincinnati; Cleveland; Dallas; Denver; Detroit; Indianapolis; Kansas City, Mo.; Lansing, Mich.; Los Angeles; Milwaukee; Minneapolis; New York; Philadelphia; Pittsburgh; Rockford, Ill.; Salt Lake City; and St. Louis.
These flights are aboard Aeromexico, Southwest/AirTran, Frontier, JetBlue and others. The flights usually are nonstop.
Schedules are designed to maximize vacation time at the destination, with early morning departures to the destination and late-day departures home.
