Pick Up the Phone.

I always encourage travel partners to do as much of their business as possible over the phone, and there’s a reason for it.

Even as people rely more and more on text messages or emails, nothing comes close to the phone for conveying your tone, having a natural conversation, and building the relationship more authentically.

If you’ve come to rely too heavily on email and text lately, make an effort to integrate the phone back into your communications.

Always pick up the receiver with a smile (literally a smile – you can hear it over the line!) and your client will respond the same way
