Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) has dubbed October National Plan a Cruise Month, and cruise lines are celebrating with a host of offers for clients and incentives for travel agents.
During National Plan a Cruise Month, several cruise lines have announced offers to entice vacation planners to book a cruise, CLIA said.
