I read an interesting article by Arnie Weissmann in Travel Weekly recently. In it, Linda Allen, of home-based Cruises by Linda, said that her clients call her expecting
true expertise, never just plain information.

These clients lack the time and patience to validate the glut of information they find online. For them, calling Linda represents good ROI. ROI, which usually stands for Return On Investment, has now come to stand for Return on Inspiration or Return on Involvement.

In the end, isn’t that exactly what we are trying to give our clients? Make sure you’re always delivering the highest possible ROI with every vacation you plan and every client interaction you share.
