Dealing with
rudeness, especially in a customer service industry like travel, is simply a
fact of life.
There are going to be bumps in the road and you have to keep
rolling on without letting them get to you. When dealing with less than pleasant
people, I’ve found that taking the high road is the only road.
Customers come
and go, but your reputation stays with you. Always respond politely, lead by
example and the people you encounter will follow you on the high road,
too.
