Let Them Talk.

How many times have you played back in your mind a conversation you just had and thought, “I wish I had said that!”

There’s nothing more frustrating than thinking you missed out on an important opportunity to communicate what you really wanted to say.

Well, your clients want to be afforded that same opportunity and all you have to do to provide it to them is listen.

Ask the right questions, probe further and guide them to the perfect vacation with your expertise, but above all, just listen patiently and make sure they’ve covered every desire, question and concern that brought them to you in the first place.

Selling might involve a lot of talk, but building an enriching travel relationship calls for equal parts listening.
