Tomorrow is the Winter Solstice in the northern hemisphere, the shortest day of the year for daylight and, of course, the longest for darkness.
The celebration of the Winter Solstice marks the beginning of winter, and the return to more daylight.
It is a much more positive image to focus on as opposed to the end of the world, which as I'm sure you've heard, is also scheduled to occur tomorrow, according to the Mayan calendar.
Take time to reflect and be with friends and family. It's not a coincidence that the solstice falls during the holidays, when we're likely to be with loved ones.
Use this time to find your way through any confusion or uncertainty that you may have been experiencing. Begin to think about 2013: what you want, how you're going to get it, and why it's important to you.
If you celebrate Christmas, I wish you a joyful one. Bring this solstice energy into the holiday, and make it your best one ever.
